Nailla joined MASS in March 2021 as an Assistant Producer. Previously, she worked with Dric Ent, a video production company based in Kigali, Rwanda. As a young female creative, Nailla is passionate about telling community-changing stories through visuals.
Nailla is a participant in the African Conservation Voices Media Lab (Rwanda, 2021), an initiative by Jackson Wild and African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) which provides mentorship, training and resources for early to mid-career African video storytellers who have a demonstrated passion for conservation. She also participated in a 7-week online Jackson Wild editing masterclass with Candice Odgers.
